Submitting a booking request for the Mercado La Paloma Conference Room:

Our conference room hosts a wide range of community meetings, events, and classes.

Please send all requests to both elena@esperanzacommunityhousing.org and daniel@mercadolapaloma.com. Reservation information should include:

  • Date for room reservation
  • How many participants
  • Include any specific requests (projector, etc.)

FAQs about our Conference Room rental:

  1. WIFI: Yes, conference room does have WIFI. Information will be given the day of event
  2. Projector: Yes, a projector is available.
  3. Parking: Yes, parking is available and is ADA compliant
  4. Cost: Yes. To rent the conference room is $40.00/hour and payment must be made prior to the event.
  5. Reservation/Confirmation: Confirmation with invoice will be sent via email.
  6. Food: Yes, you can order food from the Mercado.  No outside food or beverages is allowed except water.
  7. Catering: Yes, you can call any of the Mercado restaurants directly for catering requests.
