People Not Pozos Project Manager (full-time position)

The People Not Pozos (PNP) Project Manager will lead a continuing campaign for community health and environmental justice against urban oil/gas excavation activities within 2,500 feet of sensitive communities.  The PNP Project Manager will direct the community organizing, and manage Esperanza’s participation in scientific research partnerships.  This position requires that the PNP Manager drive a personal, insured vehicle.  This position requires bilingual/bicultural Spanish and English language proficiency.

Healthy Breathing Program Manager (full-time position)

The Healthy Breathing Project Manager will move the Healthy Breathing project forward to meet project outcomes and lead the community-based partnership with local clinics. The Project Manager is responsible for staff supervision and assignments, reports, training and quality assurance activities, coordination of field activities and liaison with staff of program partners. The Project Manager will also be responsible for integrating with the larger health mission and activities of Esperanza Community Housing Corporation.

Social Media Manager (part-time position)

The Social Media Manager will enhance the organization’s online presence and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms.  The Social Media Manager will provide management of all social media platforms and will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage new and existing users.  The Social Media Manager will be aligned with the organization’s vision, values, and mission, and will work closely with the organization’s management team to ensure image is consistent throughout all communications in supporting the organization’s outreach, advocacy, marketing, and fundraising efforts.
