Cyrus Kay joined Esperanza Community Housing in 2022, where he currently serves as a Development Officer. He supports the organization’s fundraising efforts, including grant seeking, writing grant proposals, and organizing Esperanza’s annual fundraising gala, Dancing Under the Stars. Prior to joining Esperanza, Cyrus worked as a grant writer at a re-entry services nonprofit in South Los Angeles, was an active volunteer with Mutual Aid LA, and graduated with a B.A. in English- Writing and Rhetoric from Pepperdine University.
