Iris Reynolds joined Esperanza Community Housing Corporation in January 2023. Iris was first introduced to the affordable housing industry at a nonprofit in Venice, CA shortly after graduating high school. She immediately knew that she wanted to be part of serving low-income communities.

Iris has over 15 years of experience in asset and property management in affordable housing. She currently is the Director of Asset Management and is responsible for the oversight of all of Esperanza’s low-income housing projects in South Central Los Angeles. Iris holds a bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Business Administration from Biola University.
