Jennifer has over five years of experience working with local nonprofits across Southern California. With a background in anthropology and a Master’s in Public Health, her work centers on advocating for equitable access to healthcare and the essential services that support community well-being. She is passionate about supporting and giving back to the communities she serves.

Jennifer joined Esperanza in January 2025 as an Asthma Promotora and now serves as a Health Project Manager, supporting the Healthy Homes department through administrative and grant support.
