Marjorie Aparicio, Senior Lead Promotora graduated in 1999 from Esperanza’s Promotores de Salud program. Ms. Aparicio has conducted home visits with the Healthy Homes Project since 2001. Her dedication to the community of South Los Angeles is very important since she is also part of the community. Through her many years of advocating for the community she has built trust and lifelong relationships with the families. Marjorie takes great pride in educating families about environmental health hazards. It is always rewarding to see the impact of her work on the residents of South Los Angeles.
